In front of our restaurant, there is a roofed terrace and a playground for the little children.

The Bistro is only open between mid-March until the beginning of October.

Due to the COVID measures we are forced to close temporarily.

The park borders directly on the dunes and is only 50 metres from the Noordzee beach: ideally located for a child-friendly beach holiday, in a region wiht most sunshine hours a year in the Netherlands.

Entertainment Team

During the summer holidays a professional team will be ready to entertain your children. For 4 weeks, Luk and Lot help the team with their activities and game along with the children.

All children will be expected at railstation 'de Draakjes' at seven o'clock in the evening. From here on, the train takes them for a drive around the park.

Just in front of the park, a beautiful cycle path runs over and through the dunes, the Panoramaroute, from the ferry in Breskens till 'Het Zwin' in Knokke.
If you want to buy fresh fish, you have to go to the fishing harbour of Breskens or visit Philippine, the mussels village.
If you prefer more dynamic, you can go windsurfing, kayaking, kitesurfing or powerkiting. Annually, there's also a big kite festival in Cadzand-Bad.

Catamaranschool de Zeemeeuw is located on the most southern beach of the Netherlands, in the eponymous beach club 'De Zeemeeuw'. This unique location is situated right by the Belgian border, only separated by the European protected nature reserve 'Het Zwin' and the famous seaside resort Knokke.

At the reception of Park Welgelegen, you can find detailed information on the cycling routes.
